The Municipal Group of Citizens in Cartagena will transfer in the coming days to its Group in the Regional Assembly the complaints received for the delay in granting the necessary permits for the start-up of one of the two new ITV planned in Cartagena.
The local spokesman of the orange training, Manuel Padín, has received the drivers of this business project that have been waiting for 23 years for the Community to authorize them to open a Vehicle Technical Inspection (ITV) station in Molinos Marfagones.
The project for the commissioning of this station was reactivated after the end of the concession regime in September 2017, a circumstance that opened the ban for businessmen to bet on this business, whose regulation is still being processed by the Autonomous Community .
The ITV is located at the entrance of the residential Buenos Aires, next to the gas station.
The works of adaptation of the ship, of a thousand square meters, are already completed, with an area of ​​engineering, another for workers, reception, toilets and a room for training courses, and also the new generation machinery and systems computer systems required for two lines, one for light vehicles and another for heavy vehicles;
with the possibility of opening a third line, as explained.

Manuel Padín hopes that the meetings planned with Industry and the Presidency will bear fruit, "but in any case we are going to ask that our colleagues in the Assembly analyze this matter to ask for explanations".
