TOWER OF SANTA ELENA
With the abstentions of MC Cartagena and CTSSP, and the vote in favor of the other groups, a motion of Citizens has been approved urging the local government to request the demarcation of Costas total cession of the property Torre de Santa Elena, in the area of Isla Plana- La Azohía, previously supervising the installation of the necessary security measures in the property, charged to the Demarcation of Coasts and studying the cession of its use to social and cultural groups in the area.
COSTA BATTERIES

the adaptation and improvement of the facilities of the Court of Gender Violence, the incorporation of new psychologists and social workers to attend to the growing issues of the Family Courts, the contribution of "adequate" computer resources to the Courts to achieve a Quality Justice and to allocate more economic means to the Free Justice, as it can be the collected in concept of judicial rates.
AUTOCARAVANAS
With the abstention of the PP, a motion of CTSSP has been approved urging the municipal government to adopt a series of measures to control the installation of motorhomes in La Azohía, Chapineta and San Ginés.

the increase in controls by the Local Police and the implementation of several regulated parking areas for motor homes.
BETTING ESTABLISHMENTS
A CTSSP motion has been approved unanimously that sought to address the proliferation of betting and gaming establishments, especially in the vicinity of schools.
In this regard, it has been agreed to urge the municipal government to first inform the neighbors before giving permission to these types of premises and through the Municipal Plan of Drug Addiction (PMAD), in coordination with other councils and municipal services , as the Department of Youth, Education and Equality, a Plan of Prevention against Juvenile Lodopathy, related to the game and sports betting, while arbitrating the precise police measures to prevent the play of minors in these local.
CALBLANQUE
With the abstention of the PP, which has criticized the restrictive measures of use to be imposed when most of the land is private, the plenary has approved a motion of CTSSP for the municipal government, within the Governing Board and in coordination with neighbors and the Autonomous Community, propose the necessary measures to guarantee the integral preservation of the Calblanque Regional Park, Monte de las Cenizas and Peña del Águila.
Among these measures is to ensure that from February to November there are two forest agents exclusively assigned to the Park;
the extension of the dates on which the restrictions on the traffic of private motor vehicles apply;
the establishment of a park closing schedule beyond the summer season;
and that all its uses be ordered.
PHILOSOPHY
Finally, a motion of the CTSSP has been approved with the abstention of the PP urging the Government of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, so that in the exercise of its competences it guarantees the teaching of Philosophy, through the reorganization of the curricula of 4th of ESO and 2nd of Bachillerato;
and transferring to the subcommittee that studies the new Educational Pact in the Congress of Deputies, to return the preferred role within the school curriculum to the subjects of Philosophy and History of Philosophy.
OTHER AGREEMENTS
Previously in its order of the day, the plenary session definitively approved a detailed study, in C / Peroniño nº 95, in Barrio de la Concepción, and another one in Campo de la Rosa, delimited by the streets Carmen Conde, Doctor Valenciano, Félix Martín Alpera and Francisco Salzillo.
