The implementation of this body, which would come to optimize management, is covered in Article 69 of the Law on Public Sector Legal Regime and is fully justified in the region of Cartagena for issues such as population, management volume and social, geographical and economic singularities.

López said that "without a doubt, it will be a good time to assess the influence of Ana Belén Castejón in the state PSOE and La Moncloa and to check whether the mayoral tendencies of the mayor influence negatively or not in Cartagena."
