The Department of Social Services of the City of Cartagena has opened today Friday June 1 the deadline for application for registration in the Municipal Register of Claimants of Protected Housing and adjudication of Social Housing under lease.
It must be remembered that this innovative registry service, which was recently introduced and is regulated by an ordinance published in March in the BORM, is intended to allow citizens access, on equal terms and with transparency guarantee, to housing that both the City Council and the regional administration offer, in the municipality of Cartagena.
Interested parties have until 13:30 on August 24 to submit their application, and must do so through the standardized model and the General Register of the City of Cartagena, or any other and in the manner established by law of Administrative Procedure.
The City Council currently has 39 homes, for which a rent of 100 euros is paid.
