The Barriada Virgen de la Caridad is celebrating its Cultural Week, which this year carries the motto 'Building as a Team'.
The activities are aimed at all sectors of the population, and are being carried out since May 28.
This Saturday, June 2, the program of events will conclude with the Zumba II Marathon, a Motera concentration and a Seat 600 exhibition.
The mayor of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón, will attend this Saturday, June 2 at 12:00, at the Plaza Cronista Casal de La Barriada, Virgen de la Caridad, to live with her neighbors the last day of her Cultural Week.
The Cultural Week is organized by the Motor Group of the Barriada Virgen de la Caridad, composed of the Neighborhood Association, local collectives and the Department of Social Services.
A coordinated team action, framed within the Community Dynamization Plan that takes place in the neighborhood.
Among the wide range of activities that have been developed include children's workshops, workshops for women, plays, dance or music.
The acts with the Zumba Marathon will end, a neighborhood coexistence with the collaboration of the Rebels Motorcycle Club and a display of Seat 600, Vespas motorcycles, and Volkswagen motorhomes.
This cultural program aims to continue promoting citizen participation and show that it is an active neighborhood, which does not stop working throughout the year, for the benefit of well-being and improvement in the coexistence of its neighbors.
