The National Contest of Cante by Cartageneras, recovered in the Flemish Week Perlas a Millares, already has semifinalists.
The ten selected cantaores come from different parts of Spain.
On Saturday, June 9 and Friday, June 15, the two semifinals will be held.
The final will take place on Saturday, June 16, in which the five cantaores selected from the previous phases will participate.
All of them will compete for the Pearl Award to Millares Antonio Piñana (endowed with 2,500), the Cartageneras La Peñaranda prize (endowed with 1,000) and the Cartagena Jonda award for cantes de comparas (800 euros).

Both the semifinals and the final will start at 9:00 pm in the courtyard of the Faculty of Business Sciences (former CIM).
The contribution of the partner partnership for one night is 8 euros for the semifinals and 12 euros for the final.
FLAMENCO FESTIVAL
The flamenco festival, one of the highlights of the Flamenco Week Perlas a Millares, will open the nights of the CIM.
It will be an evening that will feature the artists Curro Piñana, Antonio Ayala 'El Rampa, accompanied by Antonio and Pepe Piñana and the bailaora La Truco with his company.
The Flamenco Festival is celebrated on June 8 at 9 pm, at the Patio de CIM.
