The Road Cleanup Crash Plan launched by the City of Cartagena three months ago has now covered some twenty neighborhoods and councils of the municipality and mobilized about 300 workers, at no cost to the municipal coffers.
"Just as the mayor demanded from the concessionaire company in the last week, the Cleaning Shock Plan is being completed, which has allowed us to reach twenty neighborhoods and towns.
Our priority was to put an end to the neighborhood complaints that existed and facilitate the subsequent maintenance of the streets and squares of the municipality, "said area councilor Juan Pedro Torralba.
Thus, since the beginning of the device, Lhicarsa has performed special performances in Los Dolores, El Ensanche, San Ginés, Quarries, Mills Marfagones, Santa Lucia, Los Mateos, Lo Campano, Urbanization Santiago, Miranda, Albujón, La Palma, Pozo Estrecho , La Puebla, La Aparecida, Santa Ana, Alumbres, Cabo de Palos, El Algar and, this week, focuses on the Polígono de Santa Ana to end the problems of dirt that presented their streets and squares.
Throughout this week, 14 Lhicarsa workers work intensively to eliminate dirt from the main roads of the Santa Ana Industrial Estate with sweepers, blowers, brush cutters, washtubs and high pressure cleaners, in Genoa and Venice avenues, Turin Street , Padua, Palermo promenade, parking of the Sports Center and the exit roundabout of the urbanization.
Next week we will proceed to the cleaning of the Cuatro Santos neighborhood, Los Barreros, Barrio Peral, San Felix and José María Lapuerta.
