The ISEN will host this Wednesday, May 23 at 6 pm the opening of the exhibition Planeta Cuerpo, a collective exhibition of sculptures of Fine Arts students included in the Mucho Más Mayo festival program, organized by the Department of Culture of the City of Cartagena .

The exhibition will be opened by the Councilor for Culture, David Martínez Noguera.

"Planet Body: Sculptural representations of the human body in relation to nature" is the title of this sample of Fine Arts students from the University of Murcia, coordinated by professors Clara Boj and Jesús Martínez Oliva.

This exhibition includes a selection of works by students of the second-year subject Sculptural representation of the human body.

Its title includes two complementary lines of work: on the one hand, the understanding of the body as a complex ecosystem in which issues of anatomical and biological order but also social, political and economic converge;

and on the other hand, the body in relation to nature and planet earth.
