The Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) hosts on Monday the conference 'Diversity, inclusion and gender equality: A corporate perspective', by the director of Human Resources for Spain and Portugal of Procter & Gamble (P & G), Manuel Alejandre.
The talk will be at 12 noon in the auditorium of the Faculty of Business Sciences, within the framework of the Forum of Economy and Society.
The participation of Manuel Alejandre will allow us to know the perspective and way of managing the inclusion of diversity and gender equality in Procter & Gamble (P & G), a leading global consumer products company with 95,000 employees, about 1,200 of them in Spain .
This year P & G celebrates its 50th anniversary in Spain.
P & G's brands are iconic and appreciated both globally and locally for their quality, and it is estimated that in 90% of Spanish households there is at least one P & G product.
"The talent of the employees of P & G has been the basis of leadership throughout these 50 years, these men and women are the greatest assets of the company," says the multinational.
