Public employees of the city of Cartagena celebrate their patron saint, Santa Rita, with a series of activities.
The first of these has been the exhibition 'Ritalia 2018', of painting, sculpture, scale models and photography, which was inaugurated on Wednesday, May 9, at the Municipal Archaeological Museum 'Enrique Escudero de Castro'.
The exhibition houses the works of eighteen artists, including public employees and members of the Lucerna Cultural Association.
The show hosts different artistic disciplines, among which are painting, sculpture, models and photography.
The councilman of the Culture area, David Martínez, attended on Wednesday, May 9, to inaugurate the exhibition and admire the works of art that will be exhibited until June 20, with free admission.
The City of Cartagena has scheduled other activities to celebrate Santa Rita, including guided tours, mass in honor of the patron saint, sporting events, cultural and leisure, all will be developed over the coming weeks
It should be noted that the patron saint of public employees of the City of Cartagena is moved from May 22 to 25, the day when all administrative units of the City of Cartagena will remain closed.
