The Municipal Nursery Business for Women of Cartagena hosts this Thursday, May 10, from 10.00 am, a free days of legal forms and subsidies in Social Economy organized by the Agency for Local Development and Employment (ADLE), with the objective that tax and labor advisers, entrepreneurs, self-employed workers, companies and society in general, know about the most important associations in this matter UCOMUR (Union of Cooperatives of Associated Work of the Region of Murcia) and AMUSAL (Association of Companies Labor of Social Economy of the Region of Murcia) the advantages and benefits of the social economy.
To the inauguration of the days, in the headquarters of the Nursery in the Mandarache Park, will have the assistance of the mayor, Ana Belén Castejón.
The social economy is a mixed business formula between the "capital and social" components where people are the central axis of the economy, so that the majority of the social capital is in the hands of the worker partners, giving priority to values ​​of solidarity and cooperation .
This concept has meant that this type of cooperative companies and labor societies have better coped with and overcome the times of crisis, ensuring the quality of employment and location of companies in the territory where people live.
A noteworthy fact is that the Region of Murcia ranks first in Spain in Cooperatives Index with 1,504 in all sectors of activity and third in the employment index in Cooperatives with 20,067 people employed in cooperatives.
Currently, the Region of Murcia has a line of specific social economy grants for people who join as partners or constitute a labor or cooperative society, make investments or increase social capital, also highlighting another series of state measures as bonuses to the Social security contributions and advantages in taxation.
