The Senior Club of the Estación Sector celebrates its First Cultural Week from May 7 to 11, in collaboration with the Department of Social Services, with the aim of encouraging the active participation of its members in the different programmed activities.
The Week was inaugurated on Monday with an exhibition of the work done in the free time workshop.
During these days there will be activities such as the workshop "Awakening with a smile", which offers tunstall televida;
the cinema, coffee and social gathering, where a funny French comedy will be screened;
and a dramatized text, by the students of the Theater Initiation Workshop of the Department of Social Services, ending with a family raffle.
The cultural weeks are within the set of socio-cultural performances that are organized and programmed in the clubs of elders to encourage habits and healthy lifestyles, both physically, mentally and socially.
