Cartagena hosts the 3rd Agora MLS Congress Real Estate Grouping, in the El Batel Auditorium and Conference Center.
The 149 professionals enrolled in it will know the best techniques to sell well through seven expert presentations.
The event has the collaboration of the City of Cartagena and the Office of Congresses of Cartagena.
The mayor of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón, attended this Friday, May 4, at the Roman Theater to welcome all the congressmen who were there, before starting the presentations at El Batel.
Ana Belén Castejón, in addition to receiving the 149 real estate professionals, has congratulated the real estate sector for having the ability to partner, despite having spent a bad time, and also congratulated them for choosing Cartagena to hold their congress.
An MLS is an American system of real estate sales, successfully adapted to the Spanish market.
Its main objective is to help owners to sell and buyers to buy in the best market conditions, without legal risks.
It also seeks to boost the real estate market in the area and improve the relationship between real estate agencies that go from being rivals to competitors but at the same time collaborators.
In Spain there are 230 agencies that have adopted this system, 38 of them in the region of Murcia, and 149 of the professionals have visited Cartagena to attend the congress, as explained by the manager of Agora MLS, Moises Ruiz.
Ruiz explained that all the papers in this edition are aimed at sale, negotiation, marketing, all so that the sales team of all the grouped agencies are more prepared and give a better service to their customers.
TRANSITORY NORMS OF THE URBAN PLAN
