COLLEAGUES and Implica2 program organized for Saturday June 12 a sports day, with the participation of all young participants from different schools that have developed in the barrios of El Algar, New Cartagena, Private Mediterranean and San Antonio.
This sports day was held at municipal facilities for the Department of Sports in the Alga r, Football matches consisting of 7, Women's Futsal and Volleyball.
Also, on Saturday 29 May, there was a coexistence between the young participants in COLLEAGUES CLAN (from San Antón and the Algar), where young people enjoyed a morning on the beach in La Manga del Mar Menor.
In this activity, framed within the T-LA Program of the Department of Youth, developed activities such as windsurfing, sailing and beach volleyball.
Implica2 is a program of the Youth Space Youth Council, aimed at young people between 16 and 30, set in the Municipal Volunteer Program of Greater Social Care of our council, which promotes youth participation in volunteer activities to institutions across the city and the various Programs and Services Councillors of the City of Cartagena, which is primarily aimed at increasing the level of participation and solidarity of the youth population.
The PEER Program is a project that aims to promote intercultural harmony among young people of different cultures, living in Cartagena, and their activities are free for participants residing in the areas of El Algar, New Cartagena, Private Mediterranean and San Antonio.
This program has the support of the Ministry of Labour and Immigration, and is deployed from the departments of Social Services, Education, Sports and Youth.
