The XXII Regatta Cartagena-Ibiza, which c tarting yesterday in the port of Cartagena with the participation of 24 vessels, has arrived at its destination, the Port of San Antonio in Ibiza, in the early hours of this morning, with the following order of entry: Polillón first, followed by Marin Fisher II, Kuma, Café del Mar, Hakuna, Blue Star and Belich, who are following the rest.
The lack of wind yesterday at the Port of Cartagena, which delayed some 20 minutes the start of the race, was offset later as they advanced deep-sea sailing ships to almost break records and get to Ibiza in just 24 hours.
From the start the advantage was for the Polillón, but to meet the winner of the competition will have to wait to be accounted for compensated time.
Remember that this test that counts for Autonomous Championship has been organized by the Real Club de Regatas de Cartagena and the Spanish Sailing Federation, with the collaboration of the Sailing Federation of the Region of Murcia, Cartagena and City Council that of Ibiza, and with the sponsorship of Pierre Delone.
