Local Government Board, which met this morning under the chairmanship of Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, has adopted a protocol of collaboration between the Autonomous Community of the City of Cartagena Cartagena City Hall and Public Enterprise SEPES Land for implantation in The Industrial Estate Camachos City Contentpolis Digital Content.
The protocol provides for the determination of the three administrations to carry out this project, through the transfer or reservation of land required by the City and Sepes and the financing and promotion of the region.
Specifically, the City Council is committed to make further disposals of plots, as carried out recently with an area of 50,000 square meters.
SEPES For his part, undertakes to reserve 70 hectares of the northern sector of the industrial estate for the establishment of companies and industries dedicated to the digital content sector.
