Local Development Agency and Employment of the City of Cartagena has obtained a grant from the Health Service of Murcia, amounting to 99,500 euros, which will be aimed at developing healthy employment program aimed at supporting the activities of labor and social inclusion of mentally ill and drug abusers associated psychological pathology, favoring the promotion work among patients over me hiring business experiences as well as autonomy, independence and social integration of this group.
Thus, the ADLE, in collaboration with the Association of Psychosocial Rehabilitation Murcia and APIC will develop urban maintenance workshops, equipping of buildings and landscaping, playground monitor and screen printing workshops.
These training activities will take place in different areas of the municipality of Cartagena, and the Occupational Training Center Quarry, Point of Care for Children's Range Beaza Cabezo facilities, APIC, etc.
The number of users who will benefit from this program is about 50, about promoting their participation in employability pathways that enable their recruitment.
It should be noted that this grant that the Health Service of Murcia for the municipality of Cartagena, through the Agency of Local Development and Employment, is allowing the past few years the development of labor insertion of drug addicts with associated pathology and psychiatric patients chronically mentally, preferably in the municipality of Cartagena.
