The European Environmental Education Foundation has released today the list of blue flags awarded to Spanish beaches to award the degree of safety and service level. Cartagena in this competition keeps its previous fifth place among the most awards Spanish municipalities obtained, seven in total, like last year, and is situated at the head of the Mediterranean peninsula.
