About 80 students from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena and seminars have been completed on the Promulgation of the entrepreneurial spirit that have been developed during the first quarter of the year, organized by laCátedra Bancaja Young Entrepreneurs of the UPCT, the Bureau of Local Development and Employment and Development Institute.
The aim of these seminars was clear and there has been; students to discover and encourage entrepreneurial skills necessary to face new challenges in their future, both personally and professionally, as the promotion of entrepreneurship will be key to job creation and economic growth in member countries of the European Union.
Through a dynamic and participatory, the students have learned the trait of an entrepreneur, finding themselves in social skills and leadership skills, such as: initiative, creativity, risk taking, flexibility and teamwork.
Within these seminars have been organized three levels: Level I, take on challenges, communication and teamwork, the Level II, Skills of observation, taking risks, mobility and motivation, and Level III, From Idea to Form: Planning without action is a dream, action without planning is destruction.
In addition, the use of a credit course gives free choice.
