El Barrio de la Concepcion in charge this year to close the Festival Much More May.
The closing of the festival will be held on Sunday May 23 and will include the installation Ellipsis, this is an act Simola which will give rise to bury a capsule of memory objects in the neighborhood that will open after about 50 years.
With this installation called Ellipsis, to be held in the Plaza Jesus Pedrero after 18horas, students of the Faculty of Fine Arts, aiming at a current frame of the Barrio de la Concepción, capturing the moment and preserve it for the neighborhood the future.
This will collect material consists of pictures of locals and articles contributed by them.
This material will be selected for their ability to represent the present time.
All material is placed in a container designed for this purpose and will be buried in a location selected from the Barrio.
This capsule will remain buried metal for 50 years at the venue.
On the same place was a sculpture designed for that purpose and develop a manual with instructions for proper opening.
This project is conducted by students Eugenia Hernández Dávalos, Pepa Moreno Sánchez, Alfredo José Ramón Verdú, Shot Raquel Martinez, Ros Martínez and José Manuel Soria Juan Garcia of the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Murcia, of course Sculpture Projects and is coordinated by professors from the Faculty of Fine Arts: Javier Gómez de Segura, Antoni Mulet Simó and Concepción Martínez Montalvo.
An hour later at the Plaza de la Iglesia, remember to great storytellers anonymous toured our country for centuries bringing the most amazing, sometimes lurid, true stories, taking them and paseándolas from town to town.
