The Area Agency Guidance for Local Development and Employment (ALDE) has launched ELIOque Program is the creation of a Free Space Computer for Guidance and Job Search, in order to fill a need that has been detected and the difficulty of many citizens to access the Internet, now almost indispensable tool for job searching.
