The City of Cartagena Square tonight will stage an innovative proposal Mucho Mas Mayo Festival: a silent party (party silent) with wireless headphones, convened by the International Indigenous Collective.
The International Indigenous Collective was founded in September 2004 and consists of several youths in the city of Cartagena.
This group was created by the need for cultural and leisure spaces alternative to those existing in the region.
