As in previous years, the Agency of Local Development and Employment of the City of Cartagena (ALDE) assisted in Lorca, on 12 May, the Fourth Meeting of Technical Projects Murcia received aid from the European Social Fund 2007 -2013 Adaptability and Employment Program.
These meetings allow for coordination of actions carried out in the municipalities of Cartagena, Murcia, Molina de Segura and Lorca, exchanging experiences and good practices.
Allow municipalities to improve and expand training opportunities and guidance for the employment of people through the project of the City of Cartagena WORK, Labor Solidarity of the City of Murcia, Common areas for integration and employment of the City of Molina de Segura and City Council Proempleo Lorca.
WORK Project technicians continue to work under these common guidelines joining forces with the other technical aspects of these projects, in order to reach more and more people unemployed in the municipality of Cartagena, offering an alternative education and job training that enables job placement of these groups.
Employment Councillor of the City of Lorca, Lali Ibarra, who chaired the meeting, reported the importance of these projects, which aim at developing actions of guidance, training and labor practices are integrated schedules for labor and social inclusion jobseekers.
Participants in these projects are special difficulties in the labor market because they belong to certain groups, women, young people under 30, long-term unemployed, immigrants, over 45 years, etc.
