Local Development Agency and Employment continues its activities in Pozo Estrecho, Los Molinos Marfagones and Cabo de Palos, where 27 unemployed people are trained in specialties ofMasonry, painting and gardening.
Barrios-Adle Program was initiated in 2009 with the aim of facilitating the participation of unemployed people in the neighborhoods of Cartagena in orientation activities and job search training activities as well as to facilitate their insertion into the labor market .
Within Occupational Workshops Barrios-ADLE Program, managed by the Agency of Local Development and Employment of Cartagena, the 27 participating students have received basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and are conducting training in bricklaying, painting and gardening.
Among the activities that have been made to date include:
- Molinos Marfagones: fix multiple sidewalks, arranged in the square of Puerto Paniza and placement of banks in the municipal sports center.
- Pozo Estrecho: activity of masonry, painting and landscaping at the Plaza Mayor and painted Women's Association
- Cabo de Palos: banks arranging the tour of the lighthouse, stone setting falls, sports facilities and arrangements in Cala Flores.
Program participants range in age range between 18 and 58, and the workshops have unaparticipación 18.5% female.
These participants receive a scholarship of EUR 10 per day of attendance.
The actions in Los Molinos Marfagones, Cabo de Palos and Pozo Estrecho are scheduled for completion in mid-June, and since Barrios-Adle program is meeting the objectives initially continue with further action from September, in other Barrios de Cartagena.
