The student workers and management and teaching staff of the employment workshop Care Unit moved last week to participate Murcia on Wednesday, May 5, in the activities organized to celebrate the Day of the entrepreneur.
The aim of this participation was to promote entrepreneurship among women participating in this Workshop Employment.
A workshop that began in December 2009 and is aimed at training and the employment of 32 people unemployed.
It is funded by the Agency of Local Development and Employment of Cartagena, the Regional Employment Service and Training of the Autonomous Community of Murcia and the European Union through the European Social Fund.
Participants at the Workshop on Job Care Unit was formed as assistants in the care of dependent people in social institutions.
Taught 1,920 hours teaching, including theoretical and practical work.
The internship takes place at the Center for Disability Services Occupational Quarries (Cartagena).
This was made possible by the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Agency of Local Development and Employment of Cartagena and the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration, through the Instituto Murciano Social Action (IMAS).
Since the objective of the workshop on Employment is the employment of their participants, whether salaried or self, participation in these activities to stimulate their self-employment initiatives.
