The Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, and the general director of Planning and Architecture, Antonio Navarro, today presided over the awards ceremony of the competition for the drafting of the proposed renovation of the Plaza Molina neighborhood of Santa Lucia, won has been Up, Antonio Lopez, in collaboration with Alejandro Martínez and Enrique Casany.
