Listen to music and surf the Internet daily, major cultural interests of young people
The Youth Council has been through virtual reality delObservatorio youth, a survey entitled Profile, interests and expectations of a school community: the case of Admiral Bastarreche IES.
Questionnaires, structured and designed for direct response, have been answered by more than two hundred students and 25 members of staff.
The results report will serve to design cultural activities that respond to plural range of demands and needs that have been levied.
One of the more widespread concerns among students is taste in music: 71% say they listen to is an everyday practice.
The type of music in order of preference is for most guys pop, flamenco and rock.
Instead the girls placed first flamenco, followed by pop and melodic-romantic tune.
The habit of frequent exposures are photography, painting or sculpture is not very widespread: it amounts to 16% the number of young people who say they have gone out in the last six months.
But nevertheless, yes there is a willingness to visit, favorable attitudes higher among women than men.
Internet use has now become a daily habit for 62% of the students, says daily use for 70% of boys and 57% of girls.
For training specialties are those enrolled in ESO and other vocational training courses which have been introduced less internet in their day to day.
However, frequent use gives students from higher-level vocational training (83%) high school (75%) and average (72%).
In general, You Tube, Messenger and Tuenti are the tools that are used more often.
In sport, football is the most practiced by the boys (36%).
The girls are less athletes, 44% say they do not play sports compared with 20% of boys.
41% for both genders, would be willing to participate in sports bikes.
Among the students related to sports, group practice is the most frequent being limited the number that sport alone, 9%.
