The ADLE on its Board of Directors met last April 29 has approved the Management Report and results obtained by the Agency in 2009, and the signing of collaboration agreements between the ADLE and the College of Economists of the Region Murcia, the Professional Association of Graduate Diploma in Social and Labor Relations practitioners for the District of Cartagena and the Spanish Catholic Commission on Migration.
Has also approved the request to the European Social Fund Project INNOVA.EMPRESA which involves France, Portugal and Spain.
The goals set and achieved, in general, for the fiscal year 2009 were:
- Development of actions aimed at promoting employment in general and specifically the guidance, training and job placement, covering all sectors of the population, especially focusing on the promotion of entrepreneurship and empowerment of the Company.
- Bringing together users and decentralize the operations of the ADLE, through actions located in the quarters.
- Improve the organization and internal coordination of services for the more agile and effective management of their programs.
- Implementation and progressive adaptation of new technologies of information and communication services ADLE.
- Maintaining the Quality Management System and adaptation to ISO 9001:2008.
NEW LINES OF ACTION
The ADLE to meet the proposed objectives has launched new lines of action that are specified as:
- Launch of new experimental programs, as BARRIOS - ADLE to meet the objective of bringing users to the actions of the ADLE in Guidance, Training and Employment, to decentralize its services.
- Adapting the ADLE services to the needs of users and the current economic situation, changing the protocol for its services to reach as many of them, by implementing COLLECTIVE ORIENTATION PROGRAM.
- Providing entrepreneurs and business denuevo programs that provide tools and train for the launch of new businesses, by providing training, advice and financing, promoting innovation and competitiveness of local SMEs, encouraging them to generate quality jobs, through classroom projects and business community COMPANY.
- Through the signing of collaboration agreements, we work together with major economic and social partners, universities, business organizations and other institutions and entities of Cartagena.
It also acts in coordination with different areas of the City of Cartagena to deliver higher quality service.

- Opening to the outside of the ADLE through participation in events and workshops, exchange of experiences and information and knowledge in all sectors related to Local Development.
MAIN RESULTS
- The overall number ADLE Proceedings of the programs has increased from 18 in 2008 to 26, creating 8 new actions.
- Vocational guidance and employment has been one of the main activities of the ADLE, increasing its number of users than 6,280 in the year 2008 to 13,234 in 2009.
- The Department of Education has provided theoretical and practical training in specialties of the various productive sectors, reaching 489 students, of which 157 have been hired by the ADLE
- The Employment Agency has been inserted in the labor market to 125 unemployed and has added to its 2,800 users database.
So the total number of people who directly have found jobs through the ADLE of 282 has been unemployed.
- Support businesses and entrepreneurs has been supported through new projects, which aim to meet the needs of the business by visiting Cartagena, in a first phase, from 600 companies.
- It has been created by the Department of New Technologies, the business portal as a tool and platform information and communication resources for businesses and workers, which included a computerized job placement services for companies in the serving the ADLE
- It has made the renewal of the certificate of ISO9001 quality management: 2008.
proving the maintenance of quality services ADLE.
- Among contributions and grants has been obtained during the year 2009, a total of 4,747,624.30 euros, from different institutions and agencies such as City of Cartagena, Employment and Training Service of the Autonomous Community, Social Fund European Murcia Health Service, Ministry of Education, Caja de Ahorros del Mediterraneo and La Caixa.
The number of visits to the website of the ADLE, reached in 2009 of 55,258.
