The Department of Culture and People of the City University of Cartagena, together with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Autonomous Region Murciahan called the International Poetry Prize XXV Antonio Oliver Belmar, whose foundations have already been published and open the original deadline of 30 April to 15 October.

The poems, which are free in form and content should be between 700 and 1,500 verses and should be sent, unsigned and accompanied by a sealed envelope with the author's data, the Popular University Cultural Center Ramón Alonso Luzzy.
The previous event will introduce a total of 160 jobs, resulting in winning the play The House of condescension, the Costa Rican poet José María Zonta Arias.
