- The spokesman of the orange training has met with the neighborhood group and has committed to analyze in detail all the documentation provided and contact both the Federation of Neighbors and the Government of Cartagena to try to clarify the situation, "we must find a solution to this controversy that only damages local interests and municipal associations, and we believe that the City Council can not be a mere witness of the situation but must contribute to resolve this conflict mediating between all the actors involved "

On the occasion of the report prepared by the Federation of Associations of Neighbors and Consumers of Cartagena (Favcac), referred to today by the newspaper La Opinion and the Diario de La Manga, and in which it is concluded that the electoral process held at the AAVV of La Manga del Mar Menor where Javier Caballero was elected as president "was held without any legal guarantee", the Municipal Citizens Group has decided to meet with the neighbors that constitute this neighborhood collective in La Manga, "to try to understand what is happening, know all the versions of what happened and as far as possible promote that the neighborhood representation in an area as important as La Manga is duly safeguarded and active, "said the spokesman of the Orange formation, Manuel Padín.

The orange spokesman reported that "these neighbors assure us that the documentation of the electoral process shows that everything is in order, an information that has also been transferred to the City of Cartagena, the City of San Javier, and the FAVCAC."

The board of directors of this association also informed Manuel Padín that they proposed that the group of neighbors who resorted to the electoral process be integrated into the executive.

As for the paralysis of certain activities related to the parties denounced by the Popular Party of Cartagena, the current directive states that they have done so at the request of the Consortium and because of institutional loyalty.

As for another of the accusations of the PP that have arisen numerous conflicts that prevent that the neighbors of this zone of the littoral can enjoy the space enabled as social premises, the directive has explained that it is possible to verify that yes it is possible to enjoy the enabled space as a social place and that activities are being carried out constantly, "conferences, assemblies, and play activities of dance, tai-chi, yoga, singing, zumba, to which these neighbors regularly attend".

The management of La Manga has also indicated that they have publicly demanded that the PP "apologize for their unfounded attacks and their attempt to politicize neighborhood groups."

After the meeting, the spokesman of Citizens has committed to analyze in detail all the documentation provided and contact both the Federation of Neighbors and the Government of Cartagena to try to clarify the situation, "we must find a solution to this controversy that only It damages local interests and municipal associations, and we believe that the City Council can not be a mere witness to the situation, but must contribute to resolving this conflict by mediating among all the actors involved.
