Cs reminds Castejón that if he really wants to bet for the entrepreneurs, he accepts the orange amendments to the ADLE (18/04/2018)

- The orange training is not clear that the procedure that has been undertaken by the PSOE in Cartagena to take the budget to an extraordinary plenary on May 3 is legal, "we are still waiting to receive a report from the Plenary Secretary in which we can be assured that the accounts of the autonomous organizations can be kept, leaving aside the governing bodies of the ADLE and the Casco Antiguo Society ", explained the spokesperson for Citizens

On the occasion of the meeting held today by the director of the Institute of Development, Joaquín Gómez, and the mayor of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón, to present the new edition of the training cycle 'Aula Empresa', designed to help entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs to create and consolidate innovative projects, the local spokesman of the orange training, Manuel Padín, recalled that "if Mrs. Castejón really wants to help the entrepreneurs of Cartagena, you must begin by accepting our amendments to the budgets of the Agency of Local Development and Employment (ADLE).

Orange proposals for the ADLE

Manuel Padín notes that the commitment to Cartagena entrepreneurs is incompatible with the reduction this year of the amount allocated by the City to the ADLE in 165,000 euros.

Orange spokesman explained that his group has missed new lines of action to promote employment, "and that is why we have proposed a significant increase with the inclusion of a public-private partnership plan valued at 200,000 euros to improve the employability of the long-term unemployed, a proposal of the Association of Young Entrepreneurs (AJE) of Cartagena to create an entrepreneurship circuit based on the figure of the mentor and the tutor in innovative sectors, the creation of grants aimed at supporting the return of talent to Cartagena, as well as the increase of other items related to self-employment ".

"Most of our amendments are aimed precisely at entrepreneurs, Mrs. Castejón has a great opportunity to demonstrate with words his words supporting these measures," Padin has warned.

Another requirement of the orange training is to promote the Employment Observatory in Cartagena, according to Cs is, except for a couple of monthly documents, inactive.

The orange training proposes that new tools be incorporated to facilitate the creation of new businesses, the optimization of those that already exist, and that allow micromarketing studies to small and medium enterprises and self-employed, who do not have their own marketing department. the big companies.

"If the City Council requires a contract to tender for the management of these services, it will have to do so, and for this we believe that 30,000 euros is a figure that approximates the necessary tender, as they have done in other Spanish cities."

"If Mrs. Castejón accepts these commitments, Citizens will be in a position to vote favorably on the budgets of the ADLE," said Manuel Padín.

Cs is still waiting to know if the Plenary of next May 3 is legal

Citizens are not clear that the procedure that the PSOE of Cartagena has undertaken to take the budgets to an extraordinary plenary on May 3 is legal.

"We are still waiting to receive a report from the Secretary of the Plenary in which we are assured that the accounts of the autonomous bodies can be taken to the Plenary, leaving aside the governing bodies of the ADLE and the Casco Antiguo Society". said the spokesman of Cs who considers "essential to clarify this issue before the extraordinary session is held."
