Francisco Jose del Rio presented his book El misterio de Boletes, within the program Leer, Pensar e Imaginar (21/02/2018)

The councilman of Culture, David Martinez, attended on Tuesday February 20 to the presentation of the book 'The mystery of Boletes', by the writer Francisco José del Río García that took place at the Ramón Alonso Luzzy Cultural Center.

The presentation of this book is part of the Reading, Thinking and Imagining program of the Department of Culture.

Julia Jiménez Pérez, a graduate in English Philology, also intervened at the event and was in charge of presenting the author.

The work tells a strange event that takes place in the coastal waters of Cartagena during the winter of 2005. A fishing boat disappears mysteriously and without a trace near Cabo Tiñoso, on a calmly peaceful night and with the sea completely calm.

A professor expert in shipwrecks and marine disasters arrives in the city to give a lecture.

However, soon will be involved in a great mystery that has been happening for years in different parts of the planet.

'The mystery of Boletes' introduces the reader to different periods of history.

Throughout the work, many places full of unresolved riddles that have not been clarified to date are known.

THE AUTHOR

Francisco José del Río García (Vigo, 1947), resides in Cartagena since 1976. Currently, he combines his work as an administrator in the Murcian Health Service with that of an independent writer.

From a family of little known writers, today he shares his great fondness for recreational diving alongside that of a writer.
