Last Saturday, February 17, a Mass was celebrated in the Church of Santo Domingo, where the representative medal was awarded to the Processionist of the Year, Domingo Bastida.

After an emotional Mass, the person in charge of presenting this distinction was the president of the Procession Award Prize of the Year, Santiago Díaz Izquierdo.

Next to him, the mayor of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón, was also present;

as well as the councilors of the Area of ​​Sustainable Development and Public Function, Francisco Aznar;

and the Area of ​​Economic Strategy and Finance, Mª Carmen Martín del Amor.

The ceremony was also attended by personalities from the Procession of the Year Award Foundation and representatives of the Holy Week in Cartagena.
