The Italian Embassy in Spain thanked the mayor of Cartagena, Jose Lopez, the offer yesterday at noon for a specialized Firefighters Cartagena team assist in the rescue of victims of conflict the earthquake that devastated morning provinces Perugia, Ascoli Piceno and Riet, where many people were buried structures and damaged many buildings.
This team would consist of five firefighters and a specific truck to the rescue in colapsadasasí structures as a light support vehicle.
All of them have had experience in other earthquakes, as happened in Lorca few years ago and would be ready from the moment you are so indicate.
The embassy thanked the show of solidarity and noted that the Italian authorities are not currently requiring international aid, though it would take into account in the event that in the coming hours the situation will evolve in a different way.
