The residents of La Aljorra celebrate their seventh day of living together (10/10/2019)

This Sunday, October 13, in the esplanade of the Civic Center of La Aljorra, its neighbors celebrate the seventh day of coexistence, in order to publicize the broad associative panorama existing in the town, the multiple and varied activities that offer and facilitate citizens' access to the sociocultural life of associations.

The Meeting of Neighbors is an initiative of the Coordinator of Entities and Associations of La Aljorra, promoted by the Department of Social Services of the City of Cartagena, and the Columbares Association, framed in the Community Intervention Project that is developed in the town, and which aims to unite the groups, giving visibility to the existing cultural wealth.

An initiative that adds to the many recreational, social and training activities that this neighborhood participation platform has been developing during the year.

The associations involved in the Meeting, in addition to the Department of Social Services are Columbares, Municipal Libraries, Sports Department, Women's Cultural Association, Ayllu Collective, Calisthenics Association, Senior Club, Bahai Community, AMPA La Aljorra School, ASIDO , BTTCartagena Asnobike, Cycling Club, Classic Motorcycle Club La Aljorra, Women's Association, Association of Neighbors and Comparsa of La Aljorra, Islamic Center Doha and the Parish Youth Association.

During the meeting, among other activities, children's workshops, gastronomic tastings, musical animations, sports activities, exhibitions and exhibitions will be held.

The associations of the Coordinator have prepared samples of the workshops that they carry out throughout the year, offering gastronomic tastings of the Moroccan culture, and autochthonous.

Likewise, this day will feature informational stands of the associations and the different Programs and Services of the City Council and specifically, of those offered by the Department of Social Services.

The day of the meeting will begin with a cycling Ginkana at 10 am and will continue throughout the morning with:
