The ADLE starts the Business Growth program with 30 La Manga companies (10/10/2019)

The Councilor for Employment and president of the Agency for Local Development and Employment, Irene Ruiz, has been in charge of inaugurating the Business Growth program that the ADLE has launched in La Manga with the intention of improving the profitability and efficiency of a Total of 30 companies in the area.

This program is integrated into the EDUSI strategy 'La Manga Abierta 365' and includes a total of 18 hours of training, counseling and coaching that will be distributed from October 21 to December 17 and which, as the mayor, “are aimed at achieving social inclusion and full employment by promoting economic activities that address the seasonality of La Manga del Mar Menor.

The challenge is to ensure that businesses, once created, can grow and that consolidated companies can be more productive and competitive, generating employment and wealth in local economies. ”

For this reason, the ADLE puts into this innovative program, both in Spain and in Europe, in which, through competitive itineraries, a deep and integral intervention is sought in the participating companies, through the performance of individualized consultancies and tutorials in Three areas, related to the following aspects:

New technologies.

New forms of Business Organization.

.

Cost Control and Finance.

These participating companies will receive on-site visits from October 21 to November 11, 2019 to conduct 18 hours of consulting, 6 hours for each specialty, receiving feedback on November 21, 22 and 23, 2019 and December 17 a global competitiveness plan, which includes the improvements of the four areas.

The registration period will end on October 15, 2019.
