Technicians from the Labor Intermediation Department of the Agency for Local Development and Employment of Cartagena held a meeting on Tuesday with a representative of the Key Executive company that deals with the relocation of EROSKI hypermarket personnel, to establish some lines of work and collaboration that suppose an improvement of the employment opportunities of the people who have worked in this hypermarket, and that closed its doors at the end of last June.
This meeting is the result of others that were held on May 16 and June 17 between ADLE technicians with the human resources managers of the EROSKI shopping center.
The meetings held in the shopping center and in the ADLE aim to draw the real employment possibilities of all staff and study on a case-by-case basis for their relocation in the shortest possible time and that from that date would be unemployed.
Among the measures that have been agreed at this last meeting with the EROSKI workers relocation company, it was decided that the unemployed can access the resources and services offered by the ADLE:
- Enrollment in the Placement Agency authorized by the SEF with the possibility of establishing a training and insertion itinerary through personalized professional guidance interviews.
- Access to the different job offers managed by the ADLE Placement Agency that can be consulted on the Placement Agency website.
- Training resources of the training department adapted to the needs and demands of these workers.
Business orientation and self-employment assistance to provide advice to those who have a business idea and want to establish themselves as entrepreneurs.
