Firefighters from the Firefighting, Salvage and Civil Protection Service of the Cartagena City Council rescued a hiker on Tuesday, April 16, in a stretch between La Azohia and Cala Cerrada "GR92".

The incident took place at 1:41 p.m.

In the rescue of the girl, two vehicles from the Fire Department participated with effective sies, in addition to a helicopter from the General Directorate of Public Safety and an aerial rescue group.

When there was a possibility of fracture, the wound was transferred to the La Azohía breakwater.

Once there, the health services stabilized her and transported her by helicopter to the Hospital de Santa Lucia for medical tests.
