Cartagena already has everything ready to celebrate the XXIX edition of the Carthaginians and Romans Festivities, which will begin this Friday, September 21 and whose acts and activities will conclude on September 30.

The lighting of the Sacred Fire and the proclamation of the mayor will start the festivities.
